The 2000m race - a mix between a sprint and a long distance, you have to negotiate your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds to pace through this tricky distance. Join Team Rō and we'll go provide unique workouts with added pacing suggestions so you 1) get used to the longer distances and 2) you build your fitness to prep for race day.

We recommend coming to regular classes 3x or more per week and joining all 5 training sessions, for best results! *Regular class sign ups are not covered with race registration fee Speed Week Attending class during speed week will help you prep for race day and help understand your 2k pace.
