Our annual Half Marathon event will be held on May 27, 2023 at 10:30amHalf Marathon Event 21,097m | May 27 beginning at 10:30a Slice it and dice it however you want, or take on the entire distance in one sitting! This challenging distance is open for all levels of rowers - from advanced to beginner. The event itself, held at our Tarrytown studio, will have a waterfall start, so faster rowers will start a bit later in the day and finish times will align. The TRAINING | Begins Saturday April 22 @ 10:30a Every Saturday, beginning on 4/22, we'll build up endurance and stamina through longer pieces with tempo controls. After each training workout, participants will leave their workout stats and the next workout will have individual pacing goals associated with each part of the workout. The more training workouts you do, the better we can recommend an appropriate pace and plan for your half marathon on the event day! During each training session, there will be a high level of individual feedback on form and pacing to help you feel your very best through the training. We recommend those in training take 2-4 additional classes outside of the training for best results. An Event for All LevelsYou can do this challenge!
All are welcome and encouraged. Varying up your workouts through our quarterly challenges changes the way your body reacts to the rowing workout and *will* push you through plateaus so you can feel your very best in the studio and out!
