Joined about 4 months ago and it has improved my athletic performance so much. I look better and feel better. If you’re up for the work, I would put this up against any other workout in the market.

The community is welcoming, and it’s a challenging, competitive workout but accessible because you compete against yourself.
It’s a great way to get your cardio in without the intimidating atmosphere of clubby spin classes.

Fun low impact workout ! Great instructors to guide form and navigate the training blueprint. Been awesome to build strength and stamina in a new way. I’ve loved the mental challenge !

I have attended indoor rowing classes in California that can’t compare to the experience at Ro Fitness. I love these classes. The classes are fun and well structure do with very knowledgeable instructors.

What a great place to get an upbeat, fun and most importantly demanding workout! I had never done any sort of rowing exercise prior to coming here and I have got to say its one of my favorite ways to workout now.
