I wouldn't exactly call myself a rowing expert...at all... and this class was a blast! It is as challenging as you want it to be, and the concept of competing against yourself to be better than the previous round is fun.

Rō Fitness is a welcoming place that provides an excellent workout for anyone. It doesn't matter if you're young or old, tall or short, fit or not. The owner and coaches are encouraging and do whatever they can to help you get stronger, more fit, and prevent injuries.
