Rō Fitness Class Types
Cardio RōOur signature class. Short rowing intervals that pit you against your own stats. Higher rates and a big burn, you'll feel accomplished after each set.

Long and LōLower stroke rates, full power. The slower tempo builds strength and technique. Go low to get faster - when you can master low rates, your output will dramatically improve.

Sculpt and RōPart cardio Rō, part off-machine exercises. Rowing works up to 86% of your muscles, and our off-machine exercises will hit up the rest. Add a little more burn and build muscle with this class.
