Join us for some calorie-torching 5,000m races and stay for well-deserved mimosas after your race and support your crew!
How it works: You'll be racing 5,000m! Exact race times and heats will be announced by 10/8.
How it's different than any other 5,000m race you've done: 1) We're breaking it down into competitive heats. Each heat may include sub-heats to keep finish lines similar to maintain supportive but competitive finishes. 2) We support absolutely every age, size and fitness level to create a supportive environment to challenge you.
That means: We need your approximate 5k time to seed your heat! If you don't have this information, we'll do our best to get you into the most competitive heat or sub-heat but we suggest trying out the distance before race day, in any case!

Access to 5 training sessions on Fridays @ 7a-8:30a and and Sundays @ 8:30a-10a ($140 value)
We will not oversell the training package, so you'll be guaranteed a seat in training classes! We can only sell up to 20 packages total. Please be prepared to book your preferred trainings (Friday or Sunday) right away! Take a look at the schedule to be sure the trainings you are interested in are still available (if unavailable, you'll see 'join waitlist'.

5k Training Sessions
7a every Friday or 8a every Sunday at Rō Downtown beginning on 9/6 and leading up til raceday on 10/13.
Note: You may not book for both Friday and Sunday in one week, as they will be the same workout!
Specific, longer workouts to prepare your mind and body for the 5k race.
Technique focused, with a coach watching form and progress throughout your workout.
Goal oriented, with specific, reasonably paced, watt goals in each training session! The more training sessions you attend, the more sophisticated your goals will be.
Pace Consultation You'll receive an email by 10/8 with your race pace suggestions based on all data gathered from the 5k sessions. The more training sessions completed, the more accurate the goal.

**Please note** A few Sundays have already filled up! So far, all Fridays are available but they're filling up too!
We can only sell up to 20 of the training packages due to space constraints. We recommend you book all trainings immediately after purchasing to guarantee space in the training sessions you prefer.
If you can't make it to all of the of the training sessions, it makes more sense to piece it together and purchase separately! Buy the Single 5k Training Session and purchase the 5k Race Entry.
Protip: This is also a great option if you're feeling unsure about committing to the race! But you risk all of the training spots getting filled before you're able to purchase!
Join us for our first ever virtual training using our brand new webapp for logging data!
We'll send the app link via email on the first Wednesday of September for those who have purchased. We'll ask that you do the workout and log your results before Tuesday at 9a of the next week.
A new workout will load every Wednesday at 6a (and the previous workout will be removed). If we received data from you from the week before, via the app, then you'll receive specific goals for the next week's workout!
Keep up with the workouts and you'll receive a specific guide to your best 5000m race plan. Don't fret if you miss a workout or two, as we'll still have some data to help guide your 5k plan.
There is no race entry included in this purchase, but we hope that you'll complete a 5k on your own and submit your score so we can list it in our full event results on 10/13! Or join us on 10/13 with an event entry!
