When should I start?
ANY WEEK! Seriously. We do our very best to make all workouts approachable if it's your first visit. But the real PRōTIP for beginners is to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins, so your coach can go over the class details and form so you have the best first class experience!
Is there an easiest week?
All workouts follow the intensity you bring to them. If you're having an off day and the power isn't super strong right out of the gates, the intensity in the workout will follow that. Your coach will do their best to get you hyped up and on track for the best possible workout, but it will always follow your lead. Show up, bring the best you have for the day, and we'll set up the rest!
Which week is the hardest?
As mentioned, the workouts follow the intensity you bring to them, so all workouts can be very intense or very doable. However, Burn Week is notorious for having longer sets, shorter rests and tougher challenges.
I'm nervous I won't be able to keep up! What should I do?
Trust that your coach can help with that. We can adjust the workout in slight ways that allow you to get through the workout. We're here to help and support your fitness journey!
