On the receipt email, you'll see the SITE PASSWORD. Use that case-sensitive password on the Rō2Go workout of the day page. This is where the workouts will be updated.

The SITE PASSWORD will be updated approximately once a month. Anytime we update the password, you'll receive an email to the account we have on file for your account.
